Set on the seventh floor of Four Seasons Hotel Madrid, Dani Brasserie is known for delivering an incredible gastronomic experience in an incredible setting. Now the restaurant is upping the ante with Dani’s Oyster Experience, an evening spectacle that will allow guests to enjoy oysters paired with special champagnes on the terrace.
This new experience will only be available on the terrace at the restaurant on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays between 4pm and 7pm, accompanied by the sounds of some great DJ sessions. Guests will enjoy Dani’s Oyster Experience via a free-flow service bar in constant motion to guarantee availability and the Dani Brasserie team will always be on point to explain the concept and talk about oysters and champagne.
Guests will be able to order two different types of oysters (Label Rouge Nº2 or Daniel Sorlut Nº2) individually, by the half-dozen or by the dozen paired with four different types of champagne: Louis Roederer Brut Premier, Louis Roederer Vintage Rosé 2015, Dom Ruinart Blanc de Blancs 2007, and Louis Roederer Cristal 2012.
Dani Brasserie is thus reaffirming its position as the ultimate expression of comfortable haute cuisine and a definition of the future of its chef, where his magic and creativity remain the very best of allies while breaking away from the usual standards in gastronomy. Having already celebrated its first anniversary, the restaurant continues to innovate and constantly surprise its guests from a magical setting in which to enjoy the skies of Madrid alongside the recently opened Galería Canalejas. The gastronomy offer from Dani Brasserie, led by Dani García and Ismael Paul as Head Chef, is accompanied by a list of delicious signature cocktails.
The restaurant is part of Four Seasons Lead With Care program, an extensive set of preventative and safety measures put in place to ensure a safe experience for both guests and the Hotel’s own staff, more important today than ever before.
Dani is located at 3 Calle de Sevilla, 28014 Madrid. The Champagne and oyster experience will be available Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays from 4pm to 7pm and is priced at €59.
