Beesou Launches World Bee Day Cocktail Menu At The Nest at Treehouse Hotel London

In celebration of World Bee Day, all-natural honey-wine based aperitif Beesou is set to launch a limited-edition cocktail menu at rooftop bar The Nest at Treehouse Hotel London this May. Arriving on Monday 1st May, the limited curated cocktail menu looks to transport diners to sunnier clime in the heart of London

Guests will be able to choose from four unique cocktails, where they will experience the natural bittersweet blend while surrounded by 360-degree views and natural green foliage. Upon arrival, guests will be welcomed by wooden hanging bees adorning the entrance tunnel, with yellow cushions and blankets and bee hotels nestled on the terrace providing a safe haven for solitary bees to sleep at night.

Each seasonal cocktail will reflect and take inspiration from British-inspired ingredients. Treehouse Hotel London’s Beverage Manager, Hugo Maclean, has worked with Beesou to create these special cocktails, which include:

  • Bee’groni with Prosecco in it – Beesou, Dry Vermouth, English Sparking Wine
  • New Bees with New Knees – Sapling Gin, Beesou, Lemon, Honey, Vegan Egg White and Salt
  • Make it Matcha – Sapling Vodka, Beesou, Matcha Tea, honey & lemon, egg white and soda water
  • Whiskey, Honey, Ginger – Jameson Whiskey, Beesou, Citrus Cordial and ginger ale

The Nest are also committed to a more sustainable future, situated within the eco-conscious Treehouse Hotel London. At The Nest guests are offered a beautiful view of the London skyline, which provides the perfect backdrop to sample the experiential cocktails, all whilst helping raise awareness of the importance of bees with the first honey-kissed B-Corp aperitif.
