Casita del Campo

Casita del Campo

A local fixture since 1962, Casita del Campo serves classic Mexican fare in a colorful space with indoor or patio seating. During the pandemic, its outdoor patio and the one-hour line it took to get a seat there became the most fun space to get a drink basically anywhere in Los Angeles. While things have moved back inside, the bar at this LGBT-friendly space has remained the go-to spot for kitsch classics like Cadillac Margaritas in giant glasses.

Cadillac Margaritas in giant glasses. You can also order margaritas with various fruits juices, which is acceptable for anyone not looking for that extra touch of Grand Marnier.

Is there anything to eat?
Yes. Classic California cantina fare comes in by the giant plateful. From quesadillas, burritos, and tacos to more traditional Mexican dishes, the restaurant’s giant menu means no one should leave disappointed or hungry.

When should I get here?
More of a dinner spot than a place for happy hour or late night drinks, we recommend you pull up to the bar on a weeknight, after a hard workout so you can feel free to dig into the giant plates and even bigger margaritas without any guilt.

Cadillac Margaritas in giant glasses and whatever night metaphor that means to you.
