The Rosewood Miramar Beach hotel has unveiled four luxury picnic experiences featuring world renowned wine and Champagne brands: Chateau d’Esclans, Dom Pérignon, Krug, and Ruinart.
Each picnic designed to highlight the quintessential qualities of the brands through unique pairings and complementary experiences, the picnics offer their own distinct atmospheres, from an escape to Southern France paired with Whispering Angel to a music-filled showcase paired with Krug. With countless outdoor settings available to potential picnickers across the resort’s 16 beachfront acres, including expansive lawns and the pristine Miramar Beach, guests and locals alike can look forward to differentiated dining year-round.
The chef-curated picnics feature light bites, elevated sandwiches, salads, and desserts that are designed to be paired with their choice of wine or Champagne. Possible dishes include Dungeness Crab Cakes with Old Bay Aioli; Baba Ganoush and Rosemary Focaccia; a Tomato, Basil and Confit Artichoke sandwich; Chickpea Shawarma Wraps; Compressed Watermelon & Tomato Salad; Peach & Burrata Salad; and Devil’s Food Chocolate Cake.
