Celebrity hotspot the Caldera House is teaming up with chef Enrique Olvera to bring his legendary Mexican cuisine to Jackson Hole this winter. The chef and his team are responsible for some of the world’s hottest restaurants, including Cosme & Atla in New York, Pujol in Mexico City, and Damian in Los Angeles.
While dining at one of Olvera’s restaurants is certainly a treat, Caldera House is making the experience even more personal by offering guests the opportunity to book their own private culinary night with the famed chef.
Running from January 7 through 9, 2022, guests are invited to book a multi-course tasting menu, which will highlight the best of Olvera’s restaurants, for up to 12 people in one of Caldera House’s luxurious four-bedroom suites.
Olvera will also be joined by Cosme’s chef de cuisine, Gustavo Garnica, and sous chef, Luis Lares, who will create a bespoke menu according to guests’ preferences. Additionally, diners will be able to add on a mezcal pairing if they so choose.
After the meal, Caldera House invites guests to retire to one of its suites, which all come appointed in mountain-chic furnishings–think wood platform beds, faux fur blankets, and exposed wooden walls. Additionally, each suite features full kitchens, oversized family rooms, fireplaces, and picture windows that look out into the mountain surroundings.
Outside of the fabulous Olvera meal, guests can enjoy eating and drinking at one of the hotel’s various restaurants and lounges, including Old Yellowstone Garage, an eclectic mountainside eatery that offers its guests a modern yet classic menu; Southcable Cafe, the ideal spot to fuel up before or during an active day with pizza, beers, and legendary breakfast burrito; and the exclusive Members Lounge.
Other experiences offered by the hotel include spa treatments, helicopter excursions, and all the skiing and snowboarding one could desire. To make reservations, head over to the hotel’s official website.
In August, Four Seasons Resort and Residences Jackson Hole announced the return of Fahrenheit Forty-Seven. Named for the ideal temperature at which to serve Champagne, the dome-shaped bar will transform the hotel’s pool deck into a winter wonderland experience of chic luxury, making it the ultimate destination for après-ski.
