For the first time, Four Pillars and Arbory Afloat are making their pink gin collaboration available across Australia. Inspired by the stunning pink sunsets of the Turkish Coast, this is the third summer partnership between the Yarra Valley distillery and Melbourne’s iconic outdoor floating bar.
In years past, the Four Pillars x Arbory Afloat Pink Gin has only been available at the venue.
Boasting citrus, spice and a touch of Turkish delight, the gin “will take you to the chic and exotic beach clubs of the Mediterranean,” claims the brand, and we’re inclined to agree.
“There is no mistaking this is a Four Pillars Gin,” said Four Pillars Distiller Cameron Mackenzie. “It has intense aromas of citrus with both the orange and finger lime giving a bright, fresh character.
“The palate is a little different – pine forest juniper, light spice with a lingering Turkish delight character from the rose water. The light pink colour comes from the addition of Carmine, the natural colour used in many liqueurs such as Campari.”
The pink liquid comes in a lush bottle, featuring a label that captures the very essence of an exotic European holiday; pink-tinged sunsets over the Turquoise Coast of Turkey.
Let the summer vibes roll into the year with our pretty pink gin in a bottle to match. Now available to all pink-gin lovers out there, while stocks last.
Bottled at 41.8% ABV, Four Pillars x Arbory Afloat Pink Gin is priced at $A85.
For early access from 10 February, subscribe to the Four Pillars database via their official website. From 15 February on, it will be available from the website or at the Four Pillars Distillery Door in Healesville and the Sydney Laboratory in Surry Hills from 15 February.
In October, Four Pillars released its first ready-to-drink (RTD) product, Rare Dry Gin & Tonic, to be sold in a 250ml four-pack.
