Based in Australia, the capital of Queensland’s newest distillery and gin school is now offering a master distillers experience, which allows you to create your very own gin. The ‘experience’ includes a gin tasting session, which should help you pick your favorite flavors to add to your own brand of Gin that’ll feature your very own personalized label.

Visitors will be able to choose from over 100 botanicals to create their very own sense of Dutch courage. Distillers will be on hand to guide individual and/or groups through the process as they teach you about the process of distilling and give you a proper background in Gin. The distillery has over 30 stills, which means it can cater for parties up to 40, but most classes are for smaller groups, which should create a more intimate experience. And snacks are included.

Brisbane Distillery makes Gin, Vodka, and a French Caribbean-style Rhum. The base for all their spirits is local; the Gin and Vodka are made from the finest grain from Queensland; and the Rhum is made out of sugarcane juice that comes from Rocky Point Sugar Mill – just 30 minutes down the road from the distillery.

Brisbane Distillery is the city’s first “grain to glass artisan distiller” and their drinks can be tested at their tasting bar. Find them at 99 Jane St, West End, QLD 4101.
