Kah Tequila an extra añejo bottling to its core tequila range. The new expression is the fourth addition to the Amber Beverage Group brand’s lineup, which includes blanco, reposado and añejo variants.
Kah Extra Añejo represents an evolution in the brand’s portfolio. Matured for a minimum of three years in white American oak barrels, the tequila offers notes of smooth pepper and smoky wood, with hints of sweet spice, vanilla, honey maple, and caramel. Made at the Fabrica de Tequilas Finos distillery, the expression is said to contain the “highest quality aged Tequila available.”
Fabrica de Tequilas Finos is home to brands such as Rooster Rojo, Cenote, Nick Jonas’ Villa One and more.
“This is more than just a bottle of delicious, well-made Tequila,” said master distiller Arturo Fuentes. “It symbolizes time spent in cultivating the agave plant for years, years spent ageing and nurturing, by the local community and team committed to creating a unique spirit that delights those who taste it.”
Kah Extra Añejo Tequila comes in a clay bottle with deep royal green enamel to signify eternity and fruitfulness from the Mayan times. The label uses phosphorus ink that illuminates the eyes of the calavera skull on the bottle.
Kah Extra Añejo will be available globally, and across the US through both physical and online retailers.
