A one-night only event to celebrate locally sourced ingredients in signature cocktails
On Sunday November 26 2023, East London’s Equal Parts will host Little Palais from St. Ives, Cornwall. Londoners and visitors to the British capital alike will be offered an opportunity to experience the taste of Cornwall, as Little Palais join forces for this one-night only event.
Equal Parts and Little Palais share a passion for locally sourced seasonal ingredients and great music. Michael Sager, the owner of Equal Parts, has invited his friends and Little Palais’ co-founders, Richard Crossan and Jess Sampson, to present an exclusive menu of four cocktails. Each drink will be crafted using local Cornish ingredients, such as fig leaf from Little Palais’ garden and beeswax from the Cornish Beekeepers Society.
Also in the line-up; a full DJ set from Richard on Equal Part’s record player for an evening of eclectic and downtempo house music which is often found playing at Little Palais.
Cocktails on the menu will include;
LPG+T: Little Palais Gin, Wormwood, Gentian Root and house-made Fig Leaf tonic. Waxed Tequila: A twist on the tequila negroni made using Olmeca Altos, The Aperitivo! Co Sweet Vermouth and Campari. The Fifth: A twist on the dirty martini using Little Palais gin stirred down with fermented honey and mango. Americano: Coffee-infused Campari combined with The Aperitivo! Co Sweet vermouth and topped with soda.
