Ingredients and measurements

  • 2 oz rye whiskey
  • 1 oz cinnamon syrup
  • 3 dashes Peychaud’s Bitters
  • 2 dashes Angostura Bitters

Directions:
Combine ingredients in a mixing glass with ice and stir until cold. Strain into a rocks glass with no ice. Garnish with a lemon twist.

How To Make Syrups/Infusions/Bitters/Etc.:

Cinnamon Syrup

Fill an empty 750ml bottle with cinnamon sticks, add 4 oz of vodka and the remainder with simple syrup.
