For those drinkers who like to mix a little green with their tipple there’s good news. Pamos Beverage Company has released a THC and CBD-infused, alcohol-free ‘spirit’ that provides a ‘gentle buzz’ within fifteen minutes.

The California-based company behind the drink explain that the alcohol-free Pamos has been infused with tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), cannabidiol (CBD) and plant terpenes.

It comes in two options: low dose (6mg THC) and micro dose (2mg THC). Both expressions contain 2mg of CBD per serving. And for those of you keen to know how this new drink will affect your diet, we’re told that a single serving of Pamos contains 10 calories and less than two grams of sugar.

According to the company, the THC provides a calming feeling while the CBD offers relaxation.

Pamos is also said to be absorbed by the body quicker than other cannabis products available on the market, resulting in a ‘gentle buzz’ after 10 to 15 minutes.

The expression provides citrus and herbal notes with hints of ripe fruits.

Speaking on the new beverages David Mukpo, co-founder and CEO of Pamos, said:

“Whether hosting a dinner, enjoying a warm sunset, or long nights with good friends, Pamos is the perfect drink for those looking to get the most out of the moment without regretting it in the morning,” “We believe people are looking for healthier ways to unwind and enjoy themselves, and we are committed to providing consumers with a high-quality product that does exactly that while mimicking the familiar form of a spirit.”

The zero-ABV bottling is recommended served neat over ice, mixed with sparkling water or tonic water, and garnished with citrus fruits, berries or mint.

Pamos is priced at US$65 for the low dose bottle, and US$60 for micro dose. The 750ml bottles contain 16 servings.

It will be available to buy from Monday 19 April for same-day local delivery in Los Angeles and in select retail locations.
