Absolut Elyx, Cocchi Americano, Brown Butter, Sage
Recipe
- 50ml fat washed Absolut Elyx with brown butter and sage
- 20ml Cocchi Americano.
Stir until ice cold. Serve in a martini glass and garnish with a sage leaf.
