David Beckham has given his blessing to Haig Club ready-to-drink cans. The pre-mixed Scotch drinks will come in two flavors: Haig Club Clubman mixed with root ginger ale and lime, and Haig Club Clubman mixed with crafted cola.
The canned cocktails are hitting just in time for summer with the crafted cola variety being available from Sainsbury’s stores now. The root ginger flavor, meanwhile, will become available this September. No word on if the cans will receive a U.S. release as the brand is currently unavailable anywhere in North America.
Bottled at 5% ABV, the Haig Club ready-to-drink cans are available to purchase from Tesco stores in the UK priced at RRP £2 (US$2.50) per 330ml can.
David Beckham, Haig Club’s global business partner, said: “We always like to push boundaries and try new things and it is exciting that we are continuing to innovate with Haig Club. These pre-mixed drinks are convenient and taste great and are arriving in stores just in time for summer. I love the new cans and I can’t wait to see what people think.”

The Diageo-owned brand has partnered with David Beckham to make Haig Club the “official whisky” of Inter Miami CF. The ex-Manchester United leading man is also one of the founding partners of the brand, which launched back in 2016. At the end of last year, he starred in a series of documentary-style advertisements launched by the company.
