The Botanist Gin has teamed up with London-based bar and restaurant The Botanist to introduce ‘Summer in Sloane Square’. The collaboration is set to be one of Chelsea’s alfresco dining and drinking hotspot.
Nestled in the heart of Sloane Square, ‘Summer in Sloane Square’ is a dreamy oasis located in the dappled shade of trees with a bubbling fountain in the background. It will feature seating for 160 guests and offer visitors an extensive menu of Mediterranean-inspired small plates and pizzas, as well as alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails, beer, cider and wines to enjoy in the sunshine, away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
The Botanist Gin has created a bespoke cocktail menu, which features classic favourites, such as The Botanist G&T, with The Botanist Gin, tonic water, blackberries and rosemary; along with a range of summer twists to keep visitors refreshed all summer long. From the Chelsea Martini with The Botanist Gin, strawberry liqueur, pineapple juice, lime juice, blackberries; Basil Smash with The Botanist Gin, lime juice, sugar syrup, and basil leaves; Botanist & Belle with The Botanist Gin, Belle de Brillet liqueur, lime juice, peach puree, Angostura Bitters, and grapefruit slice; The Laddie with Bruichladdich’s Classic Laddie, Belle de Brillet liqueur, tonic water, pink pepper, and rosemary.
