Take me back to Tulum
- 1 1/2 oz Coca Pura tequila
- 1/2 oz dry curacao
- 1/2 oz agave syrup
- 1 1/2 oz coconut mango cream
- 3 mint leaves
- Mango Foam*
- Garnish with mango coconut foam and more mint leaves
Add all ingredients into a shaker. Shake. Pour over crushed Ice in a rocks glass. Then add the creamy mango foam on top of the glass, garnish with an orange twist and a mint sprig.
Recipe for the mango
**You will need a foam dispenser and 2 co2 cartridges:
- 6 oz of mango pure
- 4 oz of coconut cream
- 1 oz of orange juice
- .5 oz of lemon juice
Place all ingredients in the foam dispenser, shake both co2 cartridges for about 20 seconds and then shake again for an additional 10 seconds. Store in the refrigerator for 30 minutes, shake before every use.
