The Vale Fox Distillery and The Culinary Institute of America (CIA) have announced a new virtual, live cooking series: Around the Kitchen Table. The new series features top CIA alumni and supports the college’s Financial Relief Scholarship
Beginning Sunday October 18, at 5pm ET, Around the Kitchen Table will invite participants into the kitchens of renowned chefs including Maneet Chauhan, JJ Johnson, Johnny Hernandez, and Katianna Hong for simple, at-home cooking demos and conversation, alongside cocktail pairings by esteemed barman Jeffrey Morgenthaler using The Vale Fox Distillery’s award-winning Tod & Vixen’s Dry Gin 1651, which he helped create.
The series consists of four separate events, occurring every Sunday through November 8, and all are open to the public and free of charge. Those interested in supporting the CIA Financial Relief Scholarship, however, can select upgraded experiences and make tax-deductible donations. Upgraded options include being able to ask live questions on camera and a “backstage pass” for a virtual meet-and-greet with the chef. The Vale Fox Distillery will be matching donations dollar for dollar.
