Vegas: Bazaar Meat By José Andrés Unveils Caviar And Champagne Sundays


Bazaar Meat by José Andrés is bringing the beloved combination of caviar and Champagne to its location in the Sahara Las Vegas. Throughout the month of October, the lavish offering will be available every Sunday.

Caviar and Champagne Sundays at Bazaar Meat will offer guests the chance to include in a 57-gram caviar flight with Imperial Osetra, Royal (Russian) Osetra, and Nordic Royal, served with chives, crème fraiche, egg, shallot and pomme soufflé. In addition, visitors can order an array of caviar tapas including José’s Taco featuring Jamón Ibérico de Bellota, Russian Osetra caviar and gold leaf; the Tortilla New Way, potato espuma with 63-degree egg and Nordic Royal caviar; Table Side Classic Tartar featuring beef sirloin, savora mustard, egg yolk, hp sauce, anchovy, parker house rolls and Nordic Royal caviar; Josper Roasted Bone Marrow with petite herb salad, pickled onion petals, and Siberian Baerii caviar; and the Uni Toast made with brioche, sea urchin and Siberian Baerii caviar.

Other menu items available to those looking for something in addition to salt-cured roe include  cauliflower couscous with pine nut, pomegranate, preserved lemon, and harissa broth; mushrooms and cream featuring locally grown Desert Moon pink oyster mushrooms and organic fried egg; and foie gras soup with organic corn espuma and brioche crouton.

Champagne and sparkling wine can be ordered by the glass or by the bottle. By the glass options include NV Roger-Constant Lemiare, Cuvée Sélect; NV Raventos i Blanc, Cuvee José; and NV Gaston Chiquet, Brut Rosé, Dizy Champagne. By the bottle options include MV Krug, Grand Cuvée; NV Gaston Chiquet, Blanc de Blancs; NV Agrapart, Sept Cru; and 2012 Gimonnet, Special Club Cramant GC.

Caviar and Champagne Sundays at Bazaar Meat By José Andrés will begin on October 3. The restaurant is open Wednesday through Sunday, 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. To make reservations head over to the restaurant’s official website.

Paris Las Vegas, meanwhile, is set to open Lisa Vanderpump’s second Las Vegas venue, Vanderpump à Paris. Like her first Vegas location, Vanderpump Cocktail Garden at Caesars Palace, Vanderpump à Paris will feature delectable dishes; unique cocktails; and a lush, elaborate atmosphere with eclectic, Parisian-inspired design details. Vanderpump à Paris is anticipated to open this winter.
