Ingredients and measurements:
- Diplomatico Res. Exclus. 20 ml
- Pimm’s 20 ml
- Mancino chinato 20 ml
- Cardamaro 20 ml
- Bergamot puree 10 ml
- Pomegranate juice 20 ml
- Lemon sherbet 20 ml
- Roiboos tea 60 ml
Directions:
Pour all the ingredients in a shaker and throw it 3 times

How to make syrups/infusions/bitters/etc.
LEMON SHERBET:
- White sugar 900 gr
- Lemon wheels 500 gr
- Ginger slices 225 gr
- Lemon juice 1 Lt
PROCESS:
Peel and thinly slice the ginger, toss the lemon and ginger with the sugar and rest until the sugar is saturated, if is in a vacuum bag is better, then stir the lemon juice until the sugar is dissolved, so strain with chinois.
