Name the cocktail.
Mister Pink
What inspired the name? What’s this drink’s origin story?
Mister Pink is a character from Reservoir Dogs (Steve Buscemi). We wanted a section on the menu dedicated to pink drinks. Our former fearless leader Pete (now Albert’s Bar) put together an infusion of hibiscus and toasted pink peppercorn that worked beautifully with tequila. It’s become a staple and favorite on our menu.
What other drinks belong in its family?
Margaritas are originally from the daisy category although this version doesn’t use orange liqueur. It’s a marriage of a sour and a margarita.
