Ruby tells us…
Name the cocktail.
Frozen Amaretto Sour
What inspired the name? What’s this drink’s origin story?
Inspired by the classic Amaretto Sour. We always have a frozen slushy drink on our menu and we wanted to reinterpret the Amaretto Sour. We use a spirit from Empirical called Plum, I Suppose. It has a similar flavour to Amaretto, without the sugar content. We mix this with Danish sea buckthorn juice, from Bornholm as well as Topaz Apple Juice.
What other drinks belong in its family?
Miami Vice, Frozen Margarita
