As part of the global journey, Republic incorporates local ingredients into their menus. Each sip brings the vibrancy and revolutionary spirit of the 1960s, making the Republic a destination where history and mixology converge

Opium, Matteo Cadeddu – Bangkok, Thailand, August 9-10

Opium is a sanctuary of curated mixed drinks inspired by “Liquid Surrealism.” The bar unveils a sensory journey that seamlessly blends opulent New York hangout vibes with the spirit of late-night Chinatown Bangkok. Guests are invited to immerse themselves in the historical significance of the venue, once a space utilized for the legal smoking of opium.

Overstory, Harrison Ginsberg – New York, USA, September 18-19

Overstory stands 64 stories above Wall Street, delivering an exceptional experience marked by breathtaking views and top-tier cocktails. Bar Director Harrison Ginsberg’s meticulous sourcing of local ingredients emphasizes earthy and umami flavours. Wax On, Damien Guichard – Berlin, Germany, November 22-23

Situated in Berlin’s trendy Weserstrasse bar district, Wax On has quickly gained recognition as one of Germany’s best bars under the creative direction of Damien Guichard. In typical Berlin fashion, the interior is dark, featuring handmade wooden furnishings. The approach is minimalist, with a concise menu on a single sheet of paper offering eight twists on classics, beer on tap, a selection of natural wines by the glass, and a trio of non-alcoholic options. The basement serves as its laboratory, where cocktails are crafted and garnished. A signature drink worth trying is the Go Apes, a blend of rum, clarified banana juice, coffee distillate, and soda, served crystal clear.
