Le 300 Cocktail Menu Contraste Maybourne Riviera hotel bar

Situated in the heights of Roquebrune-Cap-Martin, the new Contraste menu from Le 300 Bar can be enjoyed alongside views of Monaco and the Mediterranean

The Maybourne Riviera hotel’s Le 300 Bar has unveiled a new cocktail menu, Contraste. The new drinks offer guests an opportunity to taste local ingredients while enjoying some of the best views in the south of France.

The Le 300 Bar Contraste menu features six seasonal cocktails delicately marrying two contrasting Mediterranean ingredients. Each drink highlights the French Riviera through the use of spices, herbs, and flowers.

Head Bartender Julien Lecharpentier and his team put together the menu with a focus on promoting ingredients from the Mediterranean environment, including elements from the southern coast of France, Greece, Turkey, and Morocco. With his expertise in botany and agronomy, Lecharpentier also explores the aromatic nuances of ingredients to create his concoctions.

Cocktails

Among the menu’s cocktails, you’ll find Banana & Parsley (crafted with The Macallan 12 Year Double Cask, banana water, banana cream, Tempus Fugit, Lillet Blanc, parsley distillate, Verjus Bourgoin), Tomato & Almond (a flavorful version of the whisky highball, comprised of Bulleit Bourbon, Adriatico Amaretto, Empirical Spirit “Plum I Suppose,” and cherry tomato water soda), and Peach & Basil (made with Bareksten aquavit, Ketel One vodka, rectified peach cream, and absinthe).

Located on the heights of Roquebrune-Cap-Martin, The Maybourne Riviera offers views across the Mediterranean and Monaco. The 5-star hotel has 69 rooms, 4 restaurants, and 2 bars.
